WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will provide leadership, direction, and goal setting for a team of pool service technicians.
You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of your team, providing the level of service that our clients expect.
As a Field Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for managing work schedules for your team, ensuring labor targets and quality expectations are met and maintaining a focus on safety.
You will also:
Direct the day-day-day activities of 10-12 pool service technicians.
Monitor performance daily, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met utilizing in-person observations and performance tracking systems.
Maintain adherence to fleet management requirements, ensuring your team has properly maintained vehicles.
Coach, train, and mentor employees consistently with a lens of always attracting, selecting, and retaining talentFollow up with customers and clients on satisfactory completion of projects and work ordersCreate relationships with clients to drive retention and new business growth.
Adhere to and enforce all company safety policies and proceduresPerform other job-related dutiesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A commitment to superior customer service, ability to develop recruit and retain team members, and helping to grow the Pool Centurion organization.
You should have strong written and communication skills.
You should have:
Experience in a route-based pool service business.
3 or more years supervising othersClear understanding of safety rules, operating principles, and maintenance requirements.
Current pool service business owners looking for a change should consider.
You will also need to:
Lift, move and otherwise maneuver physical objects weighing up to 50 poundsUse hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and armsFrequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; stand, walk, climb or balance; occasionally sitBe over 21 years of age.
