Shaner Hotels has an amazing opportunity for a Conference Services Manager to join our Playa Largo Resort located in the beautiful Keys!
The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for of all aspects of the conference services department including coordination and detail of client functions and maintains budgeted revenues through successful completion of client events; Directs, implements and maintains a management philosophy which serves as a guide to our associates. This position requires a high level of positive attitude with a strong belief in service in accordance with Marriott Autograph Collection and Shaner standards; Responsible for the hiring, training and retention of associates, communication of information, forecasting revenue and controlling expenses. The successful candidate will direct, implement, and maintain a high-end service which serves as a guide to respective staff
+ Minimum of 1 year of previous related services / catering / sales experience.
+ Knowledge of room set-ups and familiarity with cost controls.
+ Excellent communication and training skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
